Milk Money

  That's my school boy! First day of Kindergarten. Drop off went really smooth, despite a 1:4 kid ratio. I was really surprised we got in and out so quickly, everyone held hands and were all on their best behavior. 


   The only real concern Kamron had was how he was going to pay for his milk. He packed a traditional PB&J sandwich , cheese stick , applesauce and dry banana chips (which he loves), Oh and of course apple juice. I sent his money for milk in his lunch box and the teacher assured us she would take care of that. He carried his kindermat in hand and vanished into the crowd of kids. I probably embarrassed him by saying my I love you's in front of everyone. ;-) 
At the moment he thinks girls are the yuckiest thing around. I can't help but hope he keeps that attitude till he's graduated ....collage. 


   Now at home with Kaylee, Kruse & Karter. It seems so late, it's just now 9. I'm used to waking up around this time, but I prepared all night for today, and I have a feeling it'll be regularly so. We plan on going to the park after school today, I really hope everyone continues their good attitudes so we can make that little dream a reality! Listening to laurie burkner now, god I'd like to hire her to come keep my kids sometime. (Weird she probably hates kids lol.)

    This just in I'm a huge fan of Kate + 8. Before rumors get started  NO its NOT because I wish to have 8 kids. I'm more than satisfied with half that. 


   Beginning with the original jon & Kate + 8 , Ive always admired her mothering / organizational skills. Any mother out there with 2 or more children knows exactly what I'm talking about. Most including myself have no idea what it takes to run a house hold of 10. Seriously, you have to kick ass and take names. 


   So many people downed her for the "Abuse" she inflicted on Jon. Let's be real about this , the guy is a total slacker. I saw that right off the bat, ashame it took america so long. Some times I would yell at the TV , "Jon , grow a pair!"
 It's just to unfortunate they had to divorce for me to realize that was never going to happen. 


   She's a total super mom and I think a lot of women find that annoying about her. She looks great. She's a great writer. She does a ton of work & still has time to mother. Who does that? 


   Just thought I'd publicly state that Kate is the bomb.....so all you haters, FALL BACK.

Good Will Store find I couldn't resist.

        One day stands between me and all my homes contents. The truck should arrive around 8am !! Adam's taking the day off to help with the unpacking. then in the next two weeks we'll be with company. Yay.


     I can't stand to go into a store with out wanting to buy a ton of decor. I just hate it. We did some Good Will hunting today. I just love it. Dang someone needs to throw me a house warming party. ;-P


     Went and got Kamron & Kaylee some fall shoes. Kam will be back at school next week, some how I feel like we have not had a fair amount of time to prepare. Shucks. Bring on the Autumn Days! I'm more than ready to see the trees change color while were in these mountains. Looking over the rolling hills of this new town today. It's going to be LOVELY! 

     I'm so looking forward to getting back on a seclude. Kids , sewing, activism, school, photography, yoga, cooking, ect ect...  oh yea cleaning. (blah)

     Well its time for me to go fight for a space on the air mattress I guess.

Still Moving...

Karter's packed and ready to go!

    This just in , we've received an award for longest move on record. We honestly deserve an award for finding a house within a week. I honestly feel like going on a rant and exposing Allied moving Co for the idiots they are, but hey they can't run a business like that forever. (still think they should change their name to  I Lied) 


  In the mean while Karter's turned 8m old. He's growing a tooth, and getting around quite well. Starting to fit in with the other kids much more, not just as a little brother , but  playmate and friend. Nice.  


   I'm making a big decision once we transfer to our new house and applying  sever limit to the TV. Just noticing over the weekend how much more Saturday mornings are about advertising and less about cartoons. I had an instance recently where the ice cream man drove by and we watched him. No tears. No tantrums. How you might ask? You always hear people saying how kids understand so much more than we give them credit for right. I decided to give it a try, and explained marketing and advertising to the kids.(Kamron & Kaylee) It was amazing , they totally understood. At the grocery store I've applied the same tactics. We may not win ever battle but we're winning the war. 


   We are leaving for E TN on Thursday (tomorrow). Our things won't arrive until the following Tuesday. My ,My ,My ......

    Day one of our home search and I think the most exciting thing that happen today is that I changed my toe nail polish for the first time in 10yrs. Color you may ask ....green. ( yea I know.) Geez these last few days have been hard. NO listings, were just waiting on a break through. Tomorrow we're at it again. I'm almost to the point of begging for Oak Ridge just for the schools.

   Been having some sever anxiety attacks lately, which is rare because I am usually really laid back. I'm coping.
Just really looking forward to them going away. I think my mind just takes things to far sometimes.

   We visited Earths Fare today to get Karter food & treats. Nice prices !! Much cheaper than Joplin.
It was so nice to have been in the turkey creek area today, its been a while.

   On another note what's with this weather? Is it just me or is it seriously HOT out? IDK It feels hotter than before to me.

   Im just before calling it a night .  Happy hunting tomorrow !!
